The Work went like this :
6 workouts
burpees
hand release merkins
big boys
jungle boi’s
Monkey humpers
Mountain Climbers
we had 25,50,75,100 yds marked off and we did as followed.
jog to the 25 do 5 burpees, jog back 5 burpees
jog to the 50 do 10 burpees, jog back 10 burpees
jog to the 75 do 15 burpees, jog back 15 burpees
jog to the 100 do 20 burpees, jog back 20 burpees.
Repeat until all 6 exercises have been completed.
It was a small group today, but the men that showed up still got after it pretty good. It was a good workout that we all needed after all the turkey we ate over the weekend.Hope the guys enjoyed it.Until next time. Triple Bogey is OUT
