25 vertical chest press

rifle carry 25 yds to next cone

repeat until you have completed the square. We did drop back and punt at cone 3 and dropped the work 15 and 10 at cone 4

Round 2

25 thrusters

25 Man makers. (Inspector requested these)

25 goblet squats

Murder Bunny to next cone this time we dropped the work by 5 each cone.

Round 3

25 Kettle Bell Swings

25 Hand release Merkins

25 Big Boys with block

Farmer carrier to each cone using right hand and the. Alternate to left hand using both arms twice.

It was a pretty brutal beatdown for me but I feel better for making it out this morning. Thanks for all the guys that came out and enjoyed the work in the gloom, the weather ended up being good to us. Inspector was in charge of our music today and he played us a very soft play list for his taste buds which kept us on our toes waiting on somebody to scream at us.
