YHC had the pleasure of camping with some of the HIMs of Greenwood this past weekend. During the campout, EncinoMan mentioned that there was a tire out at Terrapin and that a Q was needed, so YHC figured why not knock out both. And 10 others decided to join in the fun.

Warm-up

25 SSH
25 cut the grass
Mosey to coupon pile. This is where things got a little hairy s Pothole went down like he got shot by a sniper. Pothole found a Pothole in the grass on the way to the coupon pile. YHC was slightly concerned for a couple of minutes that Pothole was seriously injured as the big guy usually just gets up and keeps going, but not this time. After a couple of minutes, Pothole rose up from the ashes and instead of taking it to the house like YHC probably would’ve done, he continued to the coupon pile to get his block. In addition, because of his HIM nature, he grabbed some dongers to fill in the hole to protect others from the same malady. Crayola grabbed the tire and rolled it to the grassy knoll by the pull-up bars.
We counted off 1-11 and each PAX was told to remember who they went after and the workout went like this.
The Thang
-
Each PAX would flip the tire 5 times when it was their respective turn towards the flagpole. Once it got to the flagpole, it began its trip back towards the pull-up bars. This continued throughout the duration of the workout.
While PAX were flipping tires, the rest worked up a ladder that consisted of:
-
5 pull-ups
10 manmakers
15 lunges (hard way)
20 OH Press
25 Big Boi Sit-ups
30 Curls
35 flutters with block in press position (hard way)
40 squats
45 chest press
50 LBC
When recover was called, YHC believes that the tire made 6 trips back and forth and Crayola got the furthest in the ladder and made it to the chest press. The blocks and tire were returned, being careful to avoid Pothole’s pothole and we circled up in the parking lot.

YHC believes that the tire delivered a nice beatdown to the men who posted this morning at Terrapin and YHC has plans for future use.
Great work put forth this morning.
Until next time,
