With Sasquatch on the horizon, YHC decided to take one of the workouts and modify slightly Fury style and bring back an IPC 2019 workout.

Mosey to 5th driveway on the left (KFC), perform 100 SSH (single count), mosey back to bottom of Fury Road, perform 100 SSH (single count).
Mosey to 4th driveway on the left (2nd driveway of DQ), perform 75 mountain climbers (single count), mosey back to bottom of Fury Road, perform 75 mountain climbers (single count).
Mosey to 3rd driveway on the left (1st driveway of DQ), perform 50 LBC’s, mosey back to bottom of Fury Road, perform 50 LBC’s.
Mosey to 2nd driveway on the left (2nd driveway of Chick-Fil-A), perform 25 merkins, mosey back to bottom of Fury Road, perform 25 merkins.
Mosey to 1st driveway on the left (1st driveway of Chick-Fil-A), perform 10 burpees, mosey back to bottom of Fury, perform 10 burpees.
Abs to the 6.

YHC wasn’t feeling very creative and decided it wasn’t a bad time for some Sasquatch training and a trip down memory lane on “Throwback Thursday”.
Great work rate by the men this morning. YHC loves seeing the youngsters posting consistently. Maybe they can recruit some of their friends.
