THE HERO – Chad M. Wilkinson, age 43, passed away unexpectedly October 29th, 2018 in Virginia Beach. He served as a SEAL assigned to many NSW Commands, most recently in Virginia Beach. SOCS Wilkinson had many deployments and multiple combat missions over the past 22 years. He was highly decorated and highly respected as a mentor, instructor, and brother in arms. He is survived by his wife Sara Wilkinson and daughter Kinsley.

-Talk about moving weight over time. The Chad WOD is just as mental as it is physical. A herd of studs piled out of their cars so I called an audible and added a knee raise to the step-up to really engage the core.

-Dempsey did not stop for a break the entire time. Penance for making us do burpees.

-Chalk was provided to keep count of rep sets or to doodle during down time. Some PAX didn’t take advantage of said chalk and lost count, like Alpo and Pothole.

-80s heavy metal was a nice change up from the normal punk screamo. Too bad UJ wasn’t there to be ultra-critical.

-We need to get Foreclosure a vest so he doesn’t continue to feel like a lil b……inadequate person.

-During the COT, I accidentally took Sour’s picture instead of starting the video. I definitely did not set it as my phone’s wallpaper because that would be weird. Okay I only did it for like 5 minutes just to see what it would look like but I changed it back. Okay I’ll change it back tomorrow.

-Happy to see so many guys step up to the challenge……………
