F3 has a saying that “If you can’t do it, don’t Q it”. Well… with my current physical condition and the azz whipping I took from Murph yesterday, I shouldn’t have Q’ed anything.
None the less, 5 guys posted at Fury and was hopefully able to get in a good workout.

NMM:
* I originally had planned a workout that involved a large amount of coupon work, but with my limited range of motion, I called an audible.
* After someone computed the math on how many Merkins we were going to complete, I started to think the audible was a bad call.
* Standard Meter Maid Playlist was used, but the distance between the light poles was greater than the volume of the speaker, so we couldn’t hear it most of the time. I’m positive most of the songs we missed were GnR or AC/DC.
* Foreclosure said he didn’t realize his titties could get so sore. (After effects of the Memorial Day Murph)
* Foreclosure also confessed his love for Murder’s Row and was hoping we’d hit that section. Just a suggestion for Thursday’s Q.
* Sugar said the Humidity was light trying to run in peanut butter.
*Chipper said his name, age, and F3 name. Not much else.
*Chipper was told to show up early. But he wasn’t told 4:55 was early, so he drove up and down Fury Road multiple times until he saw someone else pull in. Little did he know that Inspector gets there at 4:00, but his vehicle could not be seen from Fury Road.
* Actually he may have, but since I was dragging azz, I was out of range most of the workout.
* Inspector said something that sort of sounded like Meter Maid. At first we thought he might have been tased, turns out an insect landed on him and he thought it may have been a spider.
* I’m going to attribute all of this soreness to the fact I let BenGay convince me ice baths were bad for you. Well if that’s the case, much like junk food, I’m a fan of things that are bad for me.
Until the next Q,
The Meter is paid in full…
