It was a great morning to get some work in with a group of COVID-19 FREE STUDS! BenGay and Southern Belle made this WOD look like a warm-up at FURY. All you have to do is mention the words bear crawl and BenGay is there with bells on. I know everyone loved 220 yards of Bear Crawls but none more than him.
