Warm-up: 50 (100) Side straddle hops, in cadence; 20 Imperial walkers, in cadence; 50 squats on your own; 20 cut the grass, in cadence; 50 Merkins on your own; Shoulder blast – six exercises of 20 reps in cadence – Little baby arm circles, little baby arm circles backwards, T clamps, front clamps, raise the roof, and Moroccan night club
The Work: five minute group run; we then went five minutes each body area with pax choosing their own exercises for upper body, then lower body, then core; five minute group run; same as above but three minutes for each body area; five minute group run.

Good work done today. We were able to work under the shelter and stay out of the wind, but everybody warmed up plenty before the warm-up was completed. Again, good work today!
