12 guys got their day started at Fury with a complicated rep scheme courtesy of YHC. It was a nice morning and, as promised, no extended running or leg work was performed. It went like this:

Duggar and Sugar got out to an early lead and held it start to finish. Great job.
It seemed early on as if this would be over in about 30 mins, but it ended up taking the full hour for most with a few finishing slightly early.
Personally, the fatigue really set in on the dips and merkins. I believe i was able to get through everything else unbroken. The chinups were difficult as well.
Good to have Weaver back out. Keep it up, we’ve missed you.
