I signed up for the Terrapin Q before realizing that I have the Fury Q the following day. Yikes. With my bum knee, I wanted to plan something leg/knee friendly, so I used a hero WOD for inspiration:

Curls – static curl position while PAX complete 20 curls (ouch)
OH press – static OH position while PAX complete 5 OH press (ouch again…)
Alpos – static Alpo position while PAX complete 10 Alpos (good Lord man…)
If those don’t get your fire lit, your wood’s probably wet.
