F3 Greenwood

Due to my school year schedule, I rarely get the opportunity to Q a weekday bootcamp, but the stars aligned and due to a abnormality in my schedule and an unfortunate injury to one of our elite athletes (get well soon, Duggar) I was given the opportunity to Q at the baddest AO in the Nation, Fury.
I was hoping for a big crowd, but surprisingly only 5 other men decided to post. These 5 were Fury regulars and overall studs so I knew I needed to bring it and hopefully I led a workout worthy of their elite athlete status.

Here is how it went down:

25 Side Straddle Hops/25 Mt Climbers

20 SSHs/20 MCs

15 SSHs/15 MCs

10 SSHs/10 MCs

5 SSHs/5 MCs

We headed off-site for some mobile work:

Fury Rd/Laurel Ave- 20 Merkins/30 squats/40 ab reps of choice

Red Light- 20 Merkins/30 Bonnie Blairs/40 ab reps of choice

Pawn Shop- 20 Merkins/30 squats/40 ab reps of choice

Condom House- 10 pullups/20 merkins/30 squats/40 ab reps of choice

Lander parking lot- 20 merkins/approx 50 yd bear crawl or lunge walk to stairs/50 calf raises. Run back to start. Repeat for 3 rounds

Remax – 20 merkins/30 squats/40 ab reps/50 calf raises

Dixie Drive in- 20 merkins/30 squats/40 abs/50 dips

Red light at Genesis- 20 merkins/30 squats/40 abs

Return to starting point at 6 for COT
