* The plethora of shirtless PAX obviously had an negative effect on YHC this morning, as he was a bit confused. At 5:14, YHC called 1 minute. Then again at 5:15, YHC again called 1 minute. After a few looks of confusion and ribbing about deja vu, YHC realized the error and off we went
* Very very humid this morning, but as always still a good morning for a run
