Prayer requests: For our Men and Women in the military for their service and valor. We also prayed for Myrna Bibbo, mother of a dear friend, fighting dementia and recovering from eye surgery.
Mumblechatter: YHC noted all came to work. And work we did. This WOD is a grinder. I originally planned to do this as a partner WOD, but second-guessed myself and reverted to singles… next time… partners. The PAX made it to round 5 (starting back down the ladder) when time was called. Following the workout we stretched and had a reflection from Corinthians 12: 9 – 10.
Weaver and Maryann put in exceptional work. Inspector stepped it up – after his work the previous day at Fury – he was focused and determined, grinding it out when I knew he was fatigued. Pacer, as always… well, sets the “pace.” Great work men. Proud to be with you this morning in the gloom. #F3Pride.
