NMM: YHC has not Q’d Fury in a very long time and still does not feel adequate. I believe if you can’t do it, don’t Q it. However, Sugar put the body weight cardio tour of Fury on us Tuesday, so my stationary type workout was just what we needed (even though we did mosey a little bit before hitting the blocks).
All pax pushed hard and thought they were back in high school with Beastie Boys playing.
After a while of lifting, one becomes delirious… I swear I heard Bengay tell Encinoman he better pack a lunch because they were not quitting on their dips.
Sugar showed up after running probably 10 easy miles to give us last minute motivation.
