The Work:
* Overhead Press x 100 reps
Run to the stop sign at Laurel and do 25 Merkins
Return to your coupon and do ab work for the six
* Tricep Extension x 100 reps
Run to the stop sign at Laurel and do 25 Merkins
Return to your coupon and do ab work for the six
* Curls x 100 Reps
Run to the stop sign at Laurel and do 25 Merkins
Return to your coupon and do ab work for the six
* Kettlebell Swing x 100 reps
Run to the stop sign at Laurel and do 25 Merkins
Return to your coupon and do ab work for the six
* Chest Press x 100 reps
Run to the stop sign at Laurel and do 25 Merkins
Return to your coupon and do ab work for the six
Return your coupon to the coupon pile and mosey to the bottom of Furry Road.
Sprint (give 100%) to the 2nd entrance to the school (approximately 75 yards with a slight incline)
Mosey back down, catch your breath, and rinse and repeat.

* Great group of guys this morning. But several were missing.
* 100 reps of any exercise is taxing.
* 25 Merkins after 100 reps is a little harder than you’d think.
* Blu favors block work. (But was not lacking in the speed department either)
* Inspector is sneaky fast. Or Freaky Fast. I bet he used to work at Jimmy Johns.
* UJ was glad we included some interval work on his non interval day.
* I overheard someone say (after the workout) that they would have puked if we had done one more sprint. Dang it! Missed opportunity there.
