Prayer Request. Pinto and his sister’s family. tough time so lets pray and reach out to him, and prayers for Hulk and his church group for safe return back from Costa Rica.

It was good to have a few Rogue runners join the group this morning, Good to have Alpo back to a Monday bootcamp, I told him I would have made it harder if I knew he was coming. I hope it was Alpo worthy. And good to see Quickie back after taking a week off for some neck pain. Glad everyone came out and I hope I made it worth the try.
