QIC: Inspector

13 PAX answered the shameless plug via text marketing for Inspector’s Q and dominated the Mogadishu Mile:

  • 25 lunges each leg (50 total steps)
  • 25 squats
• 4 rounds
  • Sprint 50m
  • 25 merkins
• 100 Thrusters
• 50 pull-ups
• 1 mile run

All PAX accounted for right at the 0600 mark.

-Everyone that posted completed the prescribed work. Uncle Jesse finished first (and in other news: water is wet).

-As per his explicit request, Blu’s ass was kicked

-Music sponsored by Vagrant Records and included some benign hits from such greats as Dashboard Confessional, Hot Rod Circuit, and Alkaline Trio. UJ referred to it as “the softer side of Inspector”. Aww.

I am extremely blessed to have the opportunity to join such an inspiring group of men to complete such a brutal workout.
