Sit-ups were terrible. Lunge steps not much better.
Southern Belle is a bear crawl machine. Not sure i ever noticed that.
Bengay continues to push the limits. I am fearful he will soon catch and pass me on these workouts. I do enjoy the push and the results are evident.
Nice to have the Nantan with us. He was sporting a tight Red Friday shirt and I couldnt help but notice so definition in the back/lat area. Those pullups are working.
What can i say about Pothole? His first trip to Red Friday and he performed like the beast i knew he would.
Bonnet continues to impress. Keep showing up and making that progress.
2C continues to be one of our most consistent posters. He’s got the fire and is working to take it to the next level. I have no doubts he will.
Duggar again provided inspiration to perform the Tellier WOD and then didn’t show. (Didnt that happen with Bert?)
Meter was also noticeably absent.
I mentioned this elsewhere but it bears repeating. I completed both of the WODs above this morning. Pushed the limits for sure and was gassed. Total estimated calories burned – 255. Think about that as you head into the weekend and beyond. You cannot and will not out-exercise a bad diet.
