COT
We counted
We named
We announced:
* Friday’s schedule is normal
* Saturday’s workout is at Fury
* Monday is Memorial Day Murph: 0600 at the Epicenter (I think)
We requested prayer and praised:
* 2C is moving into his own place

BOM:
* We prayed

NMM:
* Crowd was light to start out with. Mary Anne was the first to arrive. Inspector fought hard to avoid the fartsack which lead to him being late (by his standards).
* As the left line was headed down Fury Road we were almost plowed over by a white truck. Turned out to be Sour. He eventually found us. Just in time too, because the thoughts of PF Chang’s started to enter his mind.
* The decision to stay on Murder’s Row for most of the workout was a last minute decision. Seems like it turned out to be a decent one.
* Of course the group of studs led the way each time. I don’t know who they were, because I was not among the group. Hopefully they didn’t have to wait too long for the rest of us.
* The Indian Run back up Fury Road was tougher than it should have been. Apparently it’s taxing to work up and down Murder’s Row that often.
* The reps for the work at the Pull-up bars were low, so we stressed proper form to maximize the benefit of each exercise.
* Baby Blu emphatically repeated his first name, MIKE, during COT. I’m guessing he wanted to make sure we all knew it.
* After the prayer everyone dispersed to their vehicles. I made it almost all the way down the drive before I realized I was the second one there instead the the 2nd to last. Just goes to show I’m not used to being up front of any group.
* We missed the Fartsackers. Uncle Jesse. Pretty sure that’s 2 for 2 this week. Don’t fret though, he has one more opportunity to get his Fury point.
* Shout out to Pusher for being tough for a day. Of course we’ll need confirmation from someone that posted at the Shipyard on his actual toughness.

Until the next time,
The Meter is paid in full…
