9 guys committed to the Furious 15 challenge for today, but only 8 showed up! Our first HC No Show belongs to 2C. That’s alright though, there are two more opportunities this week to meet your weekly quota. A chilly but pleasant morning once the work got started. Polly was there early (solid commitment from this guy to take on the Fury challenge) and Tweeter and DC rolled in a tad bit late. Remember what Grandma Garvin said, “better late than never”.
I moseyed the guys to the pullup station about 2 minutes early in order to unlock the necessary tools needed to complete the “warm-up” and off we went:

- Solid numbers for Fury again. 8-10 is just about right.
- 400 meters seems longer when not on the loop but stretched from end to end.
- Duggar and Southern Belle setting the standard again.
- Papercut putting in quality work. Dude will be a “proper athlete” if he will commit to the bootcamps.
- Some folks continue to modify as needed, but still showing up. Great work.
- Tweeter left slightly early to get kids to swim practice, but is still putting a regular man’s bootcamp at a reduced Fury.
- That little tire though. Wow.
- Encinoman on the Q Thursday. Expect a tough one.
- That warm up has become my go to. It’s a tough 12-14 minutes. You won’t get that anywhere else.
