Friday is traditionally Hills day from the fountain so let’s run some hills.  Some are running straight Out n Back.     Either way return safely by 0600.  Otis has never run the hills, so we stayed together most of the time, pushing as hard as possible up each of the hill repeats.  We hit the bridge 3 times which is a respectable pace.  Gopher and Detour did a Father/Son 5 mile route together which is a cool thing if Detour will scale it back and keep Gopher safe.  Pothole was running late when we spied a flashing vest in the gloom and soon recognized that unique stride.  Glad you showed up brother.  And lastly Pinto was running rogue (sort of) from Starbucks and decided to drive to the Fountain and run some more, somewhere along his route he scared 2 of the FiA runners before he finally found the PAX at the COT.  YHC knew it would be a down day with about a dozen of our brothers at Marathon events.  Glad to have all out this morning getting better.

F3 Dark Visor (Randy Faile) brother passed at workout in Cummings GA this week.  Huge F3 support and wife and daughters worked out with the group yesterday.  A true testament of faith and strength.
