Conditions – Around 67 degrees and a little cooler. A crowd of 29 PAX were on hand for this mornings Coffee Run.
A very brief disclaimer was given.
We ran, walked or rucked, several routes and distances, (although most of us did the prescribed speed work), and all returned safely.
