YHC needs to get out to more bootcamps so signing up to Q will make me do that. It is always good to do some new exercises but I really enjoy the block work and the 1100 was a good one to use. We almost finished the 1100 but here is how it went.

Warmup with 20 SSH, 21 Cut the grass, 20 Forward LB Arm Circles, 20 Reverse LB Arm Circles. Mosey to get a block and circle up behind the concession stand. I was glad to see the gates all unlocked this morning so I took advantage of the space available.

We made it to 30 Merkins and I had to call time. Really got a good 45 minutes of exercise this morning and hopefully everyone there did too. Good job men. Not too much Mumble chatter as we were too busy counting our reps. Until next time, T-Rav is out.
