I’ll make this short and sweet. Inspector helped me through this workout, because I doubt I would have done it by myself had he not showed up.

The thing:

2 minute stations, 30 sec rest between

-pull ups

-push ups

-dips

-squats w/thunderstick

-hammer strikes

-tire flips

-shrugs/ tire

-shoulder press with thunderstick (each arm)
