-YHC underestimated the carry time for the thunderstick and bucket portion of this work by quite a bit. There was plenty more work planned that involved getting the HR up and cardio work in. But we can save that for another day.
-As YHC was carrying the bucket in front of Chick Fil A, an older lady that I assume was going to work there was turning in. I’d like to know what goes through people’s minds when they see somebody wearing all black, sweating like crazy, carrying an obviously heavy bucket along the side of the bypass at 5:30 in the morning.
-The thundersquats along murderer’s row were a rousing success at delivering the pain.
-Tclaps to Refugee for grabbing the thunderstick and carrying it back to the prison yard. And leaving the rest of us in his dust. Dude’s a beast.
-The Q sheets across the board are in need of Q’s. Many AOQ’s are having to search for Q’s a day or two before a workout because no one has signed up. It’s time for guys to step up and take on some leadership. If you haven’t Q’d before and want some help, I’ll be glad to co-Q or check with somebody else who’s Q’d and I’m sure they’ll help. It can be intimidating to start with, but it’s really not that hard. Plus it’s a good way to stay accountable. Let’s pay it forward.
