F3 Greenwood

I sent Uncle Jessie a text the night before to see if we were going mobile or staying in the grass.  I had a new pair of trial shoes and was trying to figure out if I could wear them.  Turns out he needed a sub Q.  It was pretty late with not much time to prepare.  So I thought about it and with it being a 1 hour workout, Mog Mile would be perfect.  When I pulled in, the only car there was Mr. Fury Reliable, Inspector.  I’m glad he was there because he kept me from going back home and getting in the bed.

 

Conditions:  Humid and wet from the rain

 

The Workout: Mogadishu Mile

 

  • 1 Mile Run
  • 50 Pull-ups
  • 25 Lunge Steps (4 rounds)
  • 25 Squats (4 rounds)
  • 25 Merkins (4 rounds)
  • 50 M Sprint (4 rounds)
  • 100 Thrusters
  • 50 Pull-ups
  • 1 Mile Run

For the sake of time, instead of each 1 mile run we did a lap from the pull-up bars around the dog park.
