The title of this thing is an inside joke. If you would have been there you’d laugh about it.
Good work put in by both pax. Nothing like working off all the BS you ate from the day before.
Coming up I have the Q every Thursday for 6 weeks. I’ll be doing this type of workout everytime with different movements. It’s stationary and working on getting gains. If you’re looking to run this isn’t the workout for you. You can run Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Still looking for a punching bag, if anybody has one laying around. Or if you see one cheap somewhere scoop it up and I’m sure we can get you reimbursed eventually with the power of donations? Probably not, but I thought it sounded good.
