There was a small Twitter war going on between the REAL RED Friday workout and the other guys on who would have the most PAX. I knew from past history that I was fighting an uphill battle, but the banter was welcomed and entertaining. We’ve had some that recently defected to the runners due to marathon training. I do wish them the best on their goals and I know that they will come home when training is over.
Many of the PAX are on course for a 10,000 Ab rep challenge for the month of June. I wanted to get some of that knocked out this morning so I chose a workout that all PAX could finish with some time remaining. I looked through the sheet and found one that would work for everyone. As we started the workout, I noticed someone up ahead talking and throwing something across the track. I only saw 1 person so I thought that they were probably intoxicated. Then as we rounded the corner I saw a young lady and realized we had just broken up a rendezvous. Then I realized there are only 2 kinds of people at this place at 5:00 in the morning. Either people that are exercising, or people doing that.
