YHC noticed that the Epicenter needed a Q and it would be a good opportunity to get in a Epicenter VQ.  On this particular morning it was around 58 degrees and extremely foggy.  Normally the Epicenter is well lit but on this morning the fog was severe and gave a true meaning to “The Gloom”!

 

Warm up:

Form a single-file line:

Bear Crawl to Coupon (approx. 60 ft)

Perform exercise

Karaoke back to start line after exercise (approx. 60 ft)

Rinse and repeat

  • Fog was so thick that for the most part there was no signal on the cell phone for tunes.  Never experienced that before so it was the only logical explanation.

  • We were a little short on PAX posting due to Quickie stealing the thunder with his VQ at another AO.  Congrats to Quickie!  I heard it was a good one!
