A solid group of 8 PAX got up and got better this morning. I knew it was going to be a cold morning, so I thought sprints would help to block out the cold fast. We honored the fallen soldier U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Bradley R. Smith who was killed in Afghanistan in 2010. Click here for more information on him.

Prayer Requests:
Prayed for the daughters of Piddler and Mary Anne for a speedy recovery.
- A few weeks ago as the weather started to get cooler, I wondered how difficult it would be to post when the temperature drops. I quickly learned that the hardest part is getting out of the truck. Once the workout/run starts, the cold is not really a factor.
- It was great to have Roadie and his 2.0 Newton Meter join us from F3 Charlotte. Hope to have them with us again soon!
- There’s been a lot of talk about “CRUD” lately………No CRUD affected us this morning.
- Everyone put in solid effort this morning.
Until the next time….
