No disclaimer, no warmup. 1:00 of work, 0:10 rest between exercises. Once completed, swap exercise, then on to two different ones. I have no idea which order we went in, or what was paired with what, which ones we did twice, or only once, but at the end of it all we’d done 1:03:00 worth of work. Exercises included:
Burpies, pullups, vups, curls, air squats, bear crawl, man makers, mountain climbers, big bois, tricep extension, goblet squat, lunge walk, thrusters, merkins, Freedie mercury, dips, shoulder press, JB squats, farmer walk, reverse thruster, dead lift, American Hammers, we’re not worthy, curl-press, chest press, monkey humpers, KB swing, bent over rows, leg lifts, LBC, Bonni Blair, calf raises, reverse situps, dead hang, stiff arms. RECOVER
The first half seemed to focus on the legs, second half more on arms and chest, last 4 rounds were all abs. Modified COT
