A White Elephant Gift Exchange is a popular Christmas event where people vie to walk away with the best present. The White Elephant game is played by a lot of different rulesets – some dead simple and others confusingly elaborate.

Conditions: Not as cold as expected but still colder than I like.

Mosey to the practice field and grab 2 coupons each (There were just enough) and circle up on the field.

Here are the basic rules for our White Elephant exchange:
Circle up on the football field.
Pax 1 picks his gift (folded paper with exercises written on it) from a pile at the center of the circle.
All pax perform exercises selected.
Pax 2 can “steal” from pax 1 or select a new gift from the pile.
All pax perform exercises selected.
Repeat until time called.
If you have your gift “stolen” you pick a new gift from the pile.
Once a gift has been “stolen” twice it is frozen and no longer available to “steal”.
