10 guys got up early and started their day at Fury. I had 7-8 HCs last night from various people so I was hoping to hit double digits, and we did, but just barely. Based on the HCs I had, I was expecting a very strong group that would want to push the envelope a bit. Last week I Q’d what I call the 1550 workout and it’s a pretty good one. Also, I did not have any HCs from guys who were at the 1550 workout last week, so I decided a repeat performance would be ok. Unfortunately (or fortunately), Piddler and Inspector showed up again and were subjected to the 1550 again. But they both stepped up and showed out.
It goes like this:

15 Burpees and 50 big boys;
14 Burpees and 50 chest presses;
13 Burpees and 50 monkey humpers;
12 Burpees and 50 flutters;
11 Burpees and 50 bicep curls;
10 Burpees and 50 jungle bois;
9 Burpees and 50 V-Ups;
8 Burpees and 50 KB swings;
7 Burpees and 50 bonnie blairs;
6 Burpees and 50 Russian Twists
5 Burpees and 50 OH Presses
4 Burpees and 50 plank jacks
3 Burpees and 50 LBCs
2 Burpees and 50 thrusters
1 burpee and 50 pullups
Each round includes a back pedal across the field to the woods and a sprint back.
Early finishers performed some combination of the following:
50 calf raises
25 merkins
Max effort hang
1 mosey to the Laurel Stop sign and back.
All PAX completed 25 LBCs to round out the last minute.
