- Great work by everyone today. Very cold out, but everyone put in solid work.
- Sunshine mentioned that after running a half marathon he would crush the cracker barrel, including the peg game.
- Music this morning was my Hartness Half mix. I’ve used that a few times lately, but probably should rotate to something different bc I stunk up the Hartness race. I’ll get more creative next time.
- Sunshine mentioned (uncorroborated) that you lose 25% of aerobic capacity within 3 days of no exercise. Think about that next time you fartsack.
