F3 Greenwood

In preparation for this Q, YHC decided to have some regular boot camp work along with some running.  I mean the Spartan is Sunday, so why not right?  After a quick review of some Hero workouts, a workout was selected.  Here’s how it went:

 

Conditions: Probably around 53 degrees.  It was a nice morning.

Warm-up:

  • 30 Burpees OYO
  • 30 Big Boy Sit-ups OYO

 

The Thang:

Loredo

 

  • 24 Merkins
  • 24 Squats
  • 24 Lunges (12 each leg)
  • 400m Run (1 lap around track)
  • 6 RFT

 

Anyone finishing early do 30 ab exercises of your choice and 30 burpees.  Rinse and repeat till time is called.

  • Little bit of tapering was done in preparation for the Spartan.  Blu really tapered by Fartsacking.  This was after his HC for everyone to see last night.
  • On several rounds of Loredo, Pusher was the first one on the track.  #fakecounting?  Seriously good to have him back after a few days of being sick.
  • Many PAX didn’t seem to like the 30 Burpee warm-up.  But the ones complaining are doing the Spartan.  I’m guessing they might see those 30 Burpees a few times Sunday.  I’m pretty positive that YHC will.
  • Speaking of complaining about the 30 Burpees, they said YHC wants to be like Juggs.  Nope, not true.  He’s crazy and usually calls 100 at the time.
