200 Curls
300 Chest Press
Pax 1 gets to work while Pax 2 Bear Crawls ~25 yards and does 5 hand release merkins and sprints back, flip flop till reps are completed.

Ton of burpees done this day and high degree of difficulty due to a ton of Bear Crawling and Merkins…..the combination was #brutal , seriously #brutal.
