F3 Greenwood

In preparation for this Q, YHC decided to join the spirit of those training for the BRR.  After a little research of some Hero workouts, a decision was made.  Here’s how it went:

  • 25 LBC’s OYO
  • 25 Flutter Kicks OYO
  • 20 LBAC’s Front & Back IC
  • 10 Burpees OYO

 

The Thang:

Maupin

 

  • 800m Run (2 laps around track)
  • 49 Merkins
  • 49 Big Boy Sit-ups
  • 49 Squats
  • 4 RFT

  • Saturday’s workout is at Epicenter at 6 followed by Ultimate Frisbee
  • F3 Dad’s/2.0 Workout Saturday at Fury followed by CFA

NMS:

  • First comment after announcing the workout:  are you running the BRR too?
  • Today’s double down count:  1.75 – I’ll let y’all figure out how we got there, but Pusher was involved.
  • Lots of people working hard to get better.
  • Pusher laughed at YHC’s calling the workout just some basic exercises.  But that’s what they are….merkins, sit-up’s and squats.  Been doing those for years.
  • Pusher also tried to mess up YHC’s counts, to no avail.  Reminded me of Polly.  Speaking of Polly, hopefully he was able to complete that 6 hour roundtrip to Colatown.
