F3 Greenwood

7 Pax posted for a little full-body workout.  Everyone pushed themselves.  I think it was a good workout and we definitely had a good time.

 

Conditions: A little cloud cover and cooler about 70 degrees

Warm-ups:

  • 1 lap around the school at moderate pace, head down to the practice field

 

The Thang:

 

  • 50 Burpees OYO, Plank for the 6

 

AMRAP 1

  • 20 Big Boi Sit-ups
  • Run up the steps to flat area
  • 20 Merkins, then run back to the field
  • Rinse and repeat till time called
  • Make your way to the bottom of the concrete monster

 

AMRAP 2

  • 25 Jungle Boi Squats
  • Bear Crawl almost to the top of the monster (to the rails)
  • 25 Monkey Humpers
  • Mosey back to the bottom
  • Rinse and repeat till time called

 

AMRAP 3

  • 25 Flutter Kicks
  • Run to the top of hill behind school cafeteria
  • 25 LBC’s
  • Mosey back to the bottom of the monster
  • Rinse and repeat till time called

 

 WRAP-UP

  • 15 Burpees OYO
  • 1 lap around the school at moderate pace in opposite direction, ending at the flag

NMS:

  • I saw a few eye-rolls when we started off with 50 Burpees.  Reminds me of 2 different occasions of Jugger starting with 100 of those.
  • Once again, Bluprint with the DD.  On a mission these days!
  • Pusher of course complained, this time that we were not working our triceps.  He came up with a plan to work his, only to back out when it was ‘too far’ to go to do it.
  • Speaking of Pusher, no clue how this race at Starbucks came about.  Of course this really happened at 2nd F afterwards and not at the workout.  That being said, UGA will still lose at least 3 games next year Pusher 🙂
