F3 Greenwood

13 pax gathered for a SugarFest Q that started a tad slow, but decidedly picked up the pace along the way. YHC had put out the call for a PreRun – YHC PreRan by himself.

2 FNGs were welcomed into the fold this morning:
SecondChance – brought to Greenwood by way of the FaithHome where he is on a journey of sobriety – great to have him in TheGloom and thank goodness for second chances
Huggies – FNG said the workout was during his typical quiet time on TheThrone and was worried for the entire 45 mins that he may need relieve himself – luckily for all of us, he made it through unscathed

Disclaimer – emphasized, YHC has a tendency to come up with CSAUP ideas and wanted to really make sure we were covered with FNGs present

Always good to have new faces – it doesn’t get easier, but you will get better

Speaking of new faces, we have plenty of guys that have been involved for 3-6 weeks that we need to see start showing up on the Q sheet – and a few old faces who could step up to Q more often also

Plenty of mumblechatter during the early, stationary period of the workout about Garmins and Fitbits giving move alerts due to inactivity

YHC modified out of a second round of the stationary work – mainly for timing purposes – but also because YHC wasn’t sure he could static hold the blocks for another round

On one of the early rounds of the suicide, BluePrint showed a burst of speed off the line and seemed to be racing PaperCut (the long strider) – will need to review the tape to see who crossed the line first – also not 100% sure PaperCut knew they were supposed to be racing
