Dugger was being Dugger and made everything look easy. If anybody wants to know how to do proper crunches talk to him. His chin went to his knees everytime. Keep being a leader my friend
Sugar cane up with I good idea while we did our planks. We each took turns counting to 10 until we reached 100 to keep everyone true to the 100 second planks. I stole this workout from him and have made a couple of adjustments. This will be another adjustment that will be used next time. Good work
