A great day to honor the men and women who have given the ultimate sacrifice for the freedoms that we enjoy today.  Sometimes it is hard not to take for granted being an American and living in this great country that we live in.  For 250 years many men and women have sacrificed their lives for this country and for the freedoms that we have.  A reminder that freedom is not free.  It is paid for with the blood of the fallen.  Today we did the WOD Murph.  Named for Michael Murphy, who gave his life June 28th, 2005.  You can read more about him here.
