The Workout:
Mosey to the hub of the Epicenter.
Round 1
At the end of each spoke do 30ea
1- Curls (alternating arm – 30ea arm)
2- Overhead Press
3- Flutter Kicks (count one leg only)
4- Monkey Humpers
5- Battle Rope (count one arm only)
5 Renegade Rows every time you get to the hub.
Round 2
1- Tricep extensions
2- Butterflies
3- Single leg Bridge Pull Overs
4- Bent Rows
5- Shoulder Shrugs
Each time you get to the hub, do 15 LBC
Return Brick to car.
Air Chair for last 1 min 30 sec.
