F3 Greenwood

14 Pax decided they couldn’t pass up the opportunity to get furious with some blocks and bricks in F3 The Wood.

If you’ve been posting regularly at Terrapin and Fury the past couple of weeks, you know the legs have taken a beating. So when YHC started devising a plan, I figured it was time to give the legs a break. So I tweaked a stationary Q that was used a while back. Hopefully it passed the quality assurance test.

Here’s how the cookie crumbled:

NMS:
* After the great showing at Fury this past Tuesday I wanted to try and duplicate that for Thursday, so I picked up Uncle Jesse’s recruiting thread and got some other guys reaching out as way. The efforts of everyone paid off, as we had another great crowd.
* One thing a stationary workout usually helps with is the Mumble Chatter. Today was no different. The Mumble Chatter was heard through out the morning.
* The Vestite Club made an appearance again this morning (albeit missing a member due to him being weak minded, YHC was that guy this morning) and of course they (Sugar and Duggar) beasted the workout in Grand style.
* Pacer and Sour jumped out to an early lead and set the rabbit out front for the rest of us to chase.
* And the chasers were impressive this morning. The effort given by all in attendance was at max levels the entire workout.
* Baby Blu is the MAN. Enough said.
* Great to see some guys, that have been out for various reasons, getting back out.
* Meatloaf continues to set the example, by getting in a mile or 2 warm-up as the rest of us are still showing up.
* The numbers are starting to grow again, but let’s not rest now. Keep EHing the guys that are posting, the ones that we haven’t seen in a while, and the ones that have yet to jump in the deep end of the pool.
* We like to apply the “leave your AO in better condition than you found it” theme, and today one of the Pax noticed a yield sign at the entrance of the drive leaning a little too much in the wrong direction, so he felt that it was his duty to make the appropriate adjustment to the sign, using the rear end of his Mini Van. Of course being the over achiever that he is, he may have adjusted it a little too far in the opposite direction. “A” for effort anyways…

As always…
Until the next Q
