I rolled in on two wheels this morning and gave a “30 second warning.”  I knew Alpo was going to be there and Uncle Jesse gave the confirmation at 4:45am.  It was so cold that all of us could have easily fartsacked!  Glad these two decided to show up and show up they did…

NMS:

As mentioned above, we are all tired of the cold!  However, we showed up and gave it our all.  I started by stating I wanted us all to stay together on our run to Chick-fil-A, but asked Uncle Jesse to set the pace.  Alpo got a kick out of that knowing he and I could never “stay” with Uncle Jesse.  However, Uncle Jesse paced us so we had a good pace, but did not leave us.  The dynamite was at the circle of Merrywood when I stated we were going to backwards bear crawl around the circle…I got two strange looks. Alpo skirted around the circle like a cheetah and Uncle Jesse was right behind him.  I looked behind me (because it was a BACKWARDS bear crawl) and saw both of them laid out in the street.  We made our way back to do a little beach body work-out and the struggle was REAL.  I learned that even your worst day working out is better than your best day not.
