EMOM – 2min Plank, 1 min Rest – 4 Rds
Due to our abs needing a desperate break, I called a quick mosey to Junior by way of Laurel. Once at Junior, run up to the light pole at the top and perform 10 Reverse Crunches, then run down to the bottom and perform 20 Reverse Crunches. Rinse and Repeat for 5 Rds. We then started our return to the Shovel Flag but made a few detours along the way. Starting at the corner of the Bypass and Grace, Garvo’s Row of Regret brought 25 LBC’s at every light pole until Fury Rd. There we moseyed back to the coupons for another 3 Rds of the EMOM Plank Fest.

Inspector, you’ve got to get out more! There are plenty of other AO’s not named Fury that provide lots of muscle stimulation. Hearing that it was your first time performing Imperial Walkers would have been alarming had it been from anyone else. Knowing that you have only posted at Fury and Fury doesn’t do warm ups, it’s not that surprising after all.
Jugs, the commentary while planking was thoroughly distracting! Taking advantage of the downhill and providing a push on Junior helped the suffering go by quicker.
It’s worth noting the suffering hasn’t begun until your bodies too tired to shake. YHC had envisioned 10 Rds of 2min planks back to back. After 4 the pain was too much …… this time. The only thing to do is add planks to more workouts. It was pleasure working with both of you men.
