F3 Greenwood

The 4 horsemen answered “Pusher’s call for 35” at Fury. It was YHC’s first Q of the new hour long Fury thanks to an Alpo double booking. YHC over estimated his wake up time and had to hustle to beat the 0500 start. Upon arriving, the parking “lot” was full of a sleeping Juggernaut and Meatloaf making his triumphant return to Fury. Thankfully, Uncle Jesse came hustling in right at go time which is typical. The 4 horsemen were set….now let’s get to work. YHC had some new things to try including heading out from Fury into uncharted territory. Let’s roll!

The 50 SSH’s were of course a #crowdpleaser and had the pax worried when would they stop. Pretty sure they all breathed a sigh of relief when 50 was reached and a louder tone was used.

YHC forgot the fifth ab exercise and thankfully Uncle Jesse was quick to throw out WWI sit-ups.

Flutter kicks escaped me for some reason.

Bearpees or some form of bear crawling and burpees has become a staple in YHC’s Q’s as of late. Today was no different. Some knees were skint up but thankfully, no glass injuries as broken glass was very prominent on the sidewalk.

The trip through Gracemont seemed to be a stroll down memory lane for Uncle Jesse and Juggernaut. Uncle Jesse cut the grass at every yard and Juggernaut……well you had to be there.

YHC introduced the pax to the pull-up bars at the center of the Bearcat.

Appreciate the pax trying something new today. Probably a little more running than I antipicated, but still a good heart pumping #beatdown I hope. Hate we ran out of time because we had some wall exercises and coupon work still to do.

#tclaps to Meatloaf for battling through a Fury workout as he recovers from being sick.

#tclaps to Juggernaut for brushing his teeth and deciding to post despite a late night. Pretty sure he was asleep in his van when I pulled in though.

#tclaps  to Uncle Jesse and Juggernaut for dealing with more burpees after a burpee ladder yesterday at Terrapin.

Fury has a birthday Thursday. Juggernaut has the Q.

4 at Fury had me worried about hitting Pusher’s push for 35. Thankfully, the pax posted at other AO’s and we hit the mark. Great idea and plan to get the pax out Pusher. Now the challenge is will the pax keep coming out? I hope so…..F3 Greenwood is a great group of guys and truly more than a workout. For me, it is fellowship, a kick start to my day, a group of men striving to be better and support each other. It is a group of men from all backgrounds but we have come together to lead this thing called F3 and support others and our community. Today, a joke was even made about me being the prayer Q! I can tell you when F3 started here, I was a nervous wreck praying in front of the group. I still need work and can do better but maybe that has improved as well. Anyway, keep with it……I know my days go better when I post! I will stop rambling now……

Great job today fellas! I appreciated the fellowship and the push! Aye!
