F3 Greenwood

Conditions: 50* F

I was pumped up and ready to put in some work this morning. Being my first Q at Fury, I wanted to make it a good one. What better way to start off than by going Full On BEAST mode with the Side Straddle Hops?

Warm up:
SSH IC (last number I remember being called out by the pax was in the high 90s)

The last time I did a SSH marathon, we hit 150 in-cadence. The conditions were right to bust that number out of the water. The pax had other ideas. At around 99 they quit counting. No problem. I keep calling cadence but is evident that the pax are revolting.

We stop somewhere in the 120 to 130 range we stop be fore there is a full on rebellion and get on to the main thing.

The Main Thing:
While Pax 1 runs to the Gazebo and climbs the rope 2 times and runs back to the dip/pull-up station.
remaining pax do max effort:

Overhead Presses

Well that took entirely way more time than I thought it would. New plan.

Pax break into pairs to run to the rope climb. Each pax still climbs the rope twice but effectively cutting run wait time in half.

Yes. That seems much more manageable. We should have started off in pairs. What was I thinking.

Pull-ups then Dead hang
Plank
Flutter Kicks

5 Burpee penalty for breaking form on any of theses exercises (i.e.- dropping the block, dropping to the ground during pull-ups, etc.)

The Burpees were actually a welcome relief.

During the last last 5 minutes
Renegade Rows OYO
Battle Rope w blocks OYO
Squats OYO
Monkey Humpers oyo
