The plan was to implement a buy 1 get 2 free special. Best laid plans. 5 PAX showed up and put themselves through the ringer on a workout that I thought would be easier than some of the normal Red Friday staples. Typically when I pick a workout for Red Friday, I try to ensure that it is one of the ones that takes 40mins – 1hour. I try to ensure the folks who get up early get themselves a good solid workout. That leads to me oftentimes overlooking the “shorter” workouts. So I decided to go for multiple shorter workouts this Friday.
It went down like this:

100’ broad jump (3 burpees after 5 jumps)
Loredo – 6 Rounds for time

400 M Run
The plan was to also complete Omar, but time did not permit, so we performed the following work until 6:00am.
