In keeping with the fun on Slack tonight, appropriate title from the music man Pusher . Great disco song from late 70s. Pusher’s return from 2 weeks off was evident as very rusty in trying to run fast.
Warm up-
15 Grass cutters
12 Imperial Walkers
12 Slow squats
2 slow laps around track.
10 minute- jog around corners and sprint straight away of track.
Line up in our line of three. Sprint 25 yards down and back and tag off. 10 minutes.
Last 10 minutes–intermitent jog and sprint around track at your own pace.
Circle up- Prayer of three and we hit the road.
NM- Props to Thumper for first hustle, and for coming day after running 9 miles.
