8 decided to shake off the holiday weekend and get started bright and early Monday at Terrapin.  Due to some nagging leg injuries, YHC promised a stationary workout.   It went like this:

Partner Up – Work is cumulative.  Partner 1 works, partner 2 completes 10-25 ab exercises of their choice then flip.

100 – KB Swings

200 – Curls

300 – Bench Presses

200 – Bent over rows

100 – Squat Thrusters

L – Lunges – 10 Lunges (each leg for total of 20) with coupon
